You can also send feedback directly from inside Riffie: Settings → Talk to Us. Replies come back into the app as audio.
A voice-first AI app for iPhone and iPad. Tap once and speak as long as you want. Riffie replies in audio, with the full transcript right there. Built for thinking out loud, hands free.
There's a free tier with a small weekly budget — enough to get a feel for it. Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks a generous weekly budget for daily use. New accounts get a free trial at the Pro budget so you can try it before deciding.
iPhone and iPad, running iOS 26 or newer. No Android, no web app — at least not yet.
Not to try it. After the free trial ends, signing in is required so your conversations sync across devices and your subscription follows you. Sign in with Apple, Google, or email.
Open the app and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This removes your Riffie account, signs out, and cancels the link to your subscription. Apple subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID and can be cancelled in Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your device.
Subscriptions are handled by Apple, not Riffie. Open Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your device, tap Riffie, and choose Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds for App Store subscriptions are handled by Apple. Use reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund, or contact Apple Support directly.
Riffie does not sell your data, run ads, or track you across apps. Speech transcription happens on-device. Conversations sync to your private iCloud, not to a Riffie server. Full details on the privacy page.
Yes. Pick the model that fits the work in Settings, and the voice that fits the moment per persona. Same conversation, same memory, different model — switch anytime.
Check microphone and speech recognition permissions: open the iOS Settings app, scroll to Riffie, and make sure Microphone and Speech Recognition are both on. If you've connected new Bluetooth headphones, try toggling them off and back on in Riffie's input device picker (Settings → Input Device).
Each plan has a weekly usage budget that resets every Monday. If you've hit it, you can either wait for the reset (the in-app meter shows when), or upgrade to a higher tier. Trial users have the Pro budget for the duration of the trial.
The fastest way is in-app: Settings → Talk to Us. Your message routes directly to the developer with relevant context attached (no transcript content). You can also email help@heyriffie.app.
